Who it is for
Blushcast is a story archive, not a video site. It publishes original written erotic fiction, narrated audio and a few guided audio episodes, and its own description is "one private catalog". The about page says it is "built for adults who value original stories, thoughtful audio, and privacy", and says it aims to serve listeners, readers and creators "with clear standards". Nothing on it is filmed: the 2257 page states that all content "consists entirely of written fiction and audio narrations".
For women and couples, the proof is in the story hubs. The lesbian hub is introduced as "lesbian sex stories and F/F erotic fiction about first attraction, romance, friendship, and intimate connections between adult women", and it holds 43 stories, the largest orientation hub on the site. A wife-stories collection is about marriage and "the choices adult couples make together or keep secret", and a hotwife shelf describes couples "exploring desire together". One of the 3 guided audio episodes on the front page is a sensual audio guide to couples intimacy.
The about page gives the scale: 143 published stories, 49 of them free, 94 Premium exclusives, and 3 audio episodes. Reading is free in small amounts and paid beyond that. Guests can read one full story a day, and a free account gets 3 full stories a week.
How it treats the people in it
Because the work is fiction, the people in it are authors, narrators and characters, and the site's rules address all three. The FAQ says each item "shows its creator credit, access level, and available format". The gay hub states that it holds 42 stories by 9 credited authors, so that shelf is written by a small, credited group of writers rather than an anonymous feed.
On age, the 2257 page says creators and narrators have confirmed they are at least 18 "through our creator verification process", and describes all content as "created by adult authors". The pages do not describe what that process involves, what documents it asks for, or who reviews them, and they say nothing about how author submissions are vetted before they appear. The about page says writers and narrators get "a clear route to ask questions and submit their work", and it credits an editorial function that "reviews presentation standards".
The content rules are specific on the point that matters most. The terms set a "zero tolerance policy" and list prohibited content, among it any content depicting, describing or suggesting sexual activity involving minors, including fictional depictions, along with real depictions of sexual assault, trafficking and sharing someone's intimate images without their consent. The 2257 page goes further: "Any sexual content involving minors - real or fictional" and "Any content sexualizing children - in any form" are banned, and so is any role-play that depicts minors, whatever the real ages of the people involved. It adds that "all characters in our content are explicitly adults (18 years of age or older)", and the gay hub's FAQ says its fiction is "intended only for fiction about consenting adult characters aged 18 or older". A fiction disclaimer says any resemblance to actual persons is coincidental.
Enforcement is described plainly. The terms say "We actively monitor and remove any content that violates these policies" and that reports to the site's email address are investigated "within 24 hours", and the 2257 page adds that it cooperates with law enforcement and points to the NCMEC CyberTipline and the Internet Watch Foundation for suspected child exploitation. The contact form lists content removal as a reason, a DMCA page sets out notice and counter-notice steps with a repeat-infringer policy, and the terms say violations bring "immediate account termination".
How it treats the viewer
An account needs only an email address, and creating one is free. The terms require users to be 18 or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher, say the site may check age at any time, and say an under-18 account is terminated and its data deleted. The privacy policy, updated August 23, 2026, lists account details, payment references, device and browser information, IP address and location data, and usage patterns. It says "We do not sell your personal information", lists rights to access, correct, delete and export data, and says pseudonymous funnel events are removed after 13 months. The FAQ adds that account history is not shown publicly, and that reading history is recorded for supported story pages.
The contact form does not store messages on the site: it opens a draft in your own email app. The pages name no operating company, address or owner; the site signs as "Blushcast" with a "Legal Department" and an email address. Account deletion sits in the dashboard settings "when available", or goes through support, and some records may be kept for payment, security or compliance reasons. The 2257 page explains that the record-keeping rule does not apply because the site holds no visual depictions.
Payments go through CCBill's checkout, and the site says it never stores full card details. To cancel, contact support from the plan and billing page to stop CCBill renewal; access normally continues through the paid period.
Loading the front page in October 2026 drew on 2 outside domains, google-analytics.com and googletagmanager.com, across 54 requests, with no malicious verdict, no security warning and no redirect elsewhere.
What it holds
The catalog has 3 formats. Written stories are sorted by theme, setting and tone across 21 categories, with reading times in the gay hub of 6 to 23 minutes. Interactive stories offer branching paths and cost credits to open. The audio side is small: 3 episodes, presented as guided listening on intimacy and sexual wellness, with credited narrators. The site says every category carries at least one free story. In October 2026 the Premium plan was listed at $9.99/month and VIP at $19.99/month, with the free tier at $0.
For the women and couples audience, the lesbian hub puts friendship and romance alongside attraction, the wife-stories collection holds 12 stories, and the newest releases on the front page include confessional pieces about marriage and divorce. For the gay audience, the M/M hub groups stories by adult first experiences, friendship and confession, workplace chemistry and travel, and says 12 of its titles are free access and 30 are in Premium. An interface-language selector covers English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian and German.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits readers who prefer written or narrated erotica to video, who want lesbian or gay fiction with credited authors, and who like knowing the site bans sexual content involving minors in plain words, fiction included.
It suits less well someone who wants a large archive, since 143 stories is small, or someone who wants to know how authors are screened or who owns the site: the pages are silent on both. Reports go by email rather than an in-page tool. For its audience, the strength is a plainly worded content policy on minors and lesbian and gay story hubs of real size.
