Safe Porn is not a producer, primary or secondary, of any sexually explicit content as defined in 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75. The site describes, rates and links to websites run by third parties. It does not create, upload, host or manage sexually explicit images or videos.
Third-party content
Any visual content that appears on Safe Porn is a preview, logo or screenshot supplied by or taken from the third-party site it describes, and that site is responsible for it. The records required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 for any sexually explicit material are kept by the producers of that material. Inquiries about such records go to the site concerned, whose own 2257 statement is linked from its pages.
Performers
Every site listed is expected to feature only performers who were 18 or older at the time of production. If you believe a listed site breaks this, report it through the contact form and we will review the listing.
Exemption
Because Safe Porn is not a producer, it is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and keeps no such records.
