Who it is for
AltErotic is a paid studio network built around one specific taste: tattooed and pierced performers, and the moments when a tattoo or piercing is being done. The About page is written in the founder's first person and says the site exists for "fans of sexy tattooed and pierced girls and the extraordinary moments when they are being altered." It traces the project back to 2005, when the founder started MyTattooGirls.com, and says that in 2017 it grew into a network covering "all body modifications such as piercings, tattoos, brandings or even role-play involving those themes."
That makes it a niche studio rather than a general tube. The reader it serves is someone who wants body art and modification as the organizing idea, with the sexual content built around it. The About page calls the tattoo a "memento of the encounter" and describes piercing as a process that rests on trust between the person being pierced and the person doing it. The pitch is plain and the site does not pretend to be anything broader.
It is a membership site. The main offer is bought, and the home page invites visitors to join. The front page, channel pages and photo pages show previews of recent videos and photosets, and the full library sits behind the login. The site says its content is streamed, and the support FAQ says it is built for mobile viewing.
How it treats the people in it
The About page is where the site states its rules for the people on screen. Two sentences carry most of the weight. The first says that "everybody involved was tested, all equipment was properly sterilized and all required paperwork was signed and retained." The second says that "every tattoo, piercing and sexual encounter was consensual and agreed to by everybody involved." Both are the site's own claims, and both are made in the context of older material. The founder admits that some of the early MyTattooGirls content "was often shot spontaneously and in a private environment" and that it "might seem as if it was done unprofessionally," then says the newest content is shot less spontaneously, in 4K with multiple cameras. The same page frames the arrangement as "the best environment for the models" in exchange for quality content for the viewer.
The home page runs a "Become a model" call. It says applicants need no prior experience and no tattoos, but must be "at least 18 years of age or older," and that an invitation to film comes from the team. The site does not say how age or identity is confirmed when someone applies, and the pages do not describe a release form beyond the "required paperwork" line.
The 2257 compliance statement is specific. It says all models, actors and other persons in explicit depictions "were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions," names the work as ALTEROTIC.COM, says the site has been produced as of January 18th 2001 as a continuing production, and dates the most recent iteration to August 27, 2022. It names an individual custodian of records with a street address in Weissach, Germany, listed twice, once for the website records and once for the producer's records. A reader who wants to know where the records are kept gets a named person and an address. The same statement adds that some depictions on the site are exempt from the record-keeping rule because they show non-explicit nudity or simulated conduct.
What the pages do not cover is equally useful to know. There is no section on how performers are paid, on whether a performer can withdraw a scene after release, or on how complaints from people on screen are handled. The footer links to a Content Removal page and a Complaint Policy, but the pages that carry the site's rules do not spell out how a removal request works, so the process itself stays undescribed here.
How it treats the viewer
The operator is named in the footer as KB Productions LLC, with an address in Scottsdale, Arizona and a phone number. The privacy policy opens by calling the site "an Alternative Concepts service," so the policy and the footer name different entities, and the pages do not explain the link between them.
The privacy policy is a long, general-purpose document. It restricts the services to adults over 18, or the age of majority where the user lives, and says an account can involve a name, address, email, telephone number, fax number and payment details. On mobile it says it may collect a device identifier, IP address, operating system, carrier and "your precise location information." It says personal data may be shared with business partners, marketers and other third parties, that advertisers and analytics providers may set their own cookies, and that anything a user submits for publication becomes the site's property. It describes cookies and web beacons, offers an unsubscribe route for marketing email and an email address for access and correction requests, and adds a separate paragraph for California residents. Before granting access to or correcting stored data, it says it will take reasonable steps to confirm the requester's identity, and a substantial change to the policy comes with 30 days' notice. Nothing in it describes an anonymous or discreet option for members. The support page gives one email address for all requests.
Payments run through Epoch, Segpay and CCBill, which the footer names as the "authorized payment processors" and the place to go to cancel a membership. The FAQ answers "How do I cancel a recurring subscription?" with an instruction to contact Customer Support, and adds that the site does not process cards itself.
Opened in October 2026, the front page made 122 requests to 8 third-party domains and stayed on alterotic.com, with no security warning and no malicious verdict.
What it holds for this audience
The menu lists the channels by name: My Tattoo Girls, Inked Up Sex, Sexy Inked, Piercing Play, Alt Fetish and Inked Live, plus AltErotic Original Series, Director POV and Ink Amateurs. The site also keeps sections for videos, photos, models and DVDs, although the FAQ says it does not sell videos or DVDs at the moment. The tag list is built on body art, with entries such as arm tattoo and back tattoo alongside BDSM and bondage, and the menu carries quick links for face tattoos and piercings.
The fetish side of the site is the Alt Fetish channel. Its recent listings include a tattooed fetish scene and a scene billed as a BDSM adventure, together with surreal costume-themed solo pieces. The same channel includes a scene featuring 2 trans performers. Alt Fetish is the channel that earns the site its place under fetish and BDSM; the rest of the library leans on tattoo and piercing themes rather than power exchange.
Ink Amateurs is a smaller channel of solo and couple material from performers described as amateur, some involving a performer tattooing herself. Director POV is mostly behind-the-scenes footage and photoshoots, which gives a look at the production side that the other channels lack. Photosets run alongside the videos on every channel page, and each video preview shows a running time.
Who it suits and who it does not
AltErotic suits people whose interest is body art and modification specifically, who want to see tattoos and piercings treated as the subject, and who want a producer that states its consent and paperwork position in writing and publishes a named 2257 custodian. Readers who care about where a studio's content comes from can find a good deal of first-person explanation here, including the founder's own admission about the early footage.
It suits less well anyone looking for a rich account of power-exchange kink with negotiated scenes and aftercare, since most channels are built on tattoo and piercing themes. People who want published procedures for reporting or removing content will find the policy pages named in the footer without a described procedure, and those who prefer a lean data footprint should read the privacy policy first, because it is broad about sharing. The trade-off is clear: a narrow subject, treated by a studio that puts its consent claims, its operator and its records custodian in plain view.
